Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website and your registration for NESTCON 2026.

Pending legal review: announcing soon

These terms are a plain-language starting point that matches how the site currently works. They must be reviewed by a legal adviser before launch, and the event terms below need to be reconciled with the final ticketing decision and CTF competition rules.

About this site

This website is published by 00Sec Limited (OOSEC) for NESTCON 2026, the Nexus for Ethical SecuriTy Conference & Festival.

Information may change

NESTCON 2026 is in planning. Several details, including the venue, the session timetable, the speaker lineup, the CTF competition rules and the challenge platform, are not yet confirmed, and are shown on this site as such. We publish them as they are settled. Programme content and format may change, and the indicative event format is exactly that: indicative.

Registration

Registering records your place and your details with the organising team. Ticketing for NESTCON 2026 has not been announced; if any charge applies, we will tell you before anything is due, and you are not committed to a payment by registering. Places in training tracks and CTF categories are subject to capacity, and category allocation is confirmed by the organising team.

Competitions

Participation in the NESTCON CTF and other competitions is subject to the competition rules, which will be published before qualifiers open. Registering for a category before those rules are published does not exempt you from them. Challenges are hosted on a separate competition platform with its own terms.

Conduct

NESTCON is a cybersecurity event and expects ethical conduct to match. Techniques demonstrated in sessions, workshops and competitions are for use only against systems you are authorised to test, and only within the scope of the competition environment. Any attempt to attack NESTCON's own infrastructure, this website, other attendees' devices, or systems outside a challenge's defined scope is grounds for removal from the event.

Partnership and exhibitor enquiries

Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a partnership, reserve a booth, or bind either party. Partnership terms are agreed separately in writing.
